Ichetucknee Springs State Park is located just four miles northwest of Fort White. It sits along one of Florida’s most pristine spring fed rivers and the clear waters provide an exceptional view of the river’s fish and wildlife.
Visitors can enjoy camping, kayaking and canoeing as well as scuba diving at Blue Hole Spring to depths of 40 feet.
Ichetucknee’s greatest historical treasure is the Mission de San Martin de Timucua, a Spanish/Native American village that was one of the major interior missions serving the settlement of St. Augustine.
